We enjoyed a great 2008 show season. Inaddition to regular class awards, the Equestrian Sports Awards and its sponsors will be awarding Tear End Champion and Reserve Champion in the following divisions:
Short/Long Stirrup Rider
Green Rider
Low Junior Rider
Low Amateur
Rider
Open Hunters
ESA Jr/Am Medal

And Under Rider 13 Thru 17 Rider 18 And Over Rider Amateur Jumpers Open Jumpers(Schooling, Training, Low Modified & Open)
A Special award will be given to the Most Improved
Rider of the Year. This rider will be selected by a general poll.
Classes which count towards these awards will be designated on each premium.
Points will be tabulated on a sliding scale based on the number of riders
in each class. Point table available upon request.
In order to be eligible for these awards, you must be eligible for that
division and have competed in that division in at least 4 of the Equestrian
Sports Awards Shows, and register as an ESA participant. Registration fees
are $20 per rider / $20 per horse. This money will be used for awards and
special prizes. Points will not be awarded until registration fees have
been paid.
All the shows will have two arenas, two judges and two warm-up arenas.
